I felt very safe at BMW with all the COVID precautions but they did not wipe down the seats as we left the showroom area. The car was very clean. Payment was done electronically per a text.
Zack was very helpful. I was pretty sure of my purchase but he answered my questions and walked me through the process. Matt made the buying experience easy. I really appreciated the no pressure way he showed me options and packages. This is my third BMW but my first purchase through Bill Dodge and BMW of Westbrook.
