"BMW of Freeport is Terrific!" This is my third consecutive lease with this dealership, and my second with Alex. I’ve never had an issue and Alex went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted with the features I required, plus a price my husband and I felt was competitive and fair. I love to drive a BMW, and the dealer and service make it a pleasure to own as well. To top it off, all of us have been through a lot lately with the pandemic, and we felt safe and comfortable as we went through the sales process.

Considering the circumstances related to Covid he made us feel very safe when we came in to test drive the car. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was set up like a "red carpet" event. "Alex Chu and James Callihan were fantastic" Alex just delivered an x5 to my office, white with brown leather interior. First off let me start by saying the 2020 X5 is major upgrade from the 2017 model which was very outdated and did not feel luxurious at all. The drive is better, navigation and infotainment, Handling is tighter, Suv is quicker, lighting is nicer, finally, lane-changing warnings and driver assist.
