"Professional & curtious" Carlo our sales Rep. was extremely professional, diligent and courteous. He was prompt to answer any questions we had and very helpful with concerns when presented. This is my First vehicle with B.M.W of Freeport but it wont be my last.

"Excellent Service" Due to the pandemic, I was not able to initially go into the dealership, but I still had a very good seamless buying experience. Carlo was very professional, patient, attentive, and he responded to me right a way. He did not want me to settle on a vehicle because it was less expensive. He wanted me to get the vehicle of my dreams, and he made it possible and within my budget. I highly recommend Carlo at BMW of Freeport. He is the best!

It was frustrating buying a car during Coronavirus but Alex was a pro all the way and made me feel comfortable and that I could trust him. Car was 100% as described and he went out of his way to to ensure there were some odds and ends ordered for the car that weren’t on it when I bought it. "On line purchase" This is our 4th BMW. Always serviced at BMW Freeport. This time, i built the car on line, Emailed to Curtis Parke @ BMW freeport. Got a quick response, great price. Car was custom ordered and arrived in 3 weeks. Picked up amid this Covid nightmare by appointment. Really easy, really good service and great price.
