Great Service at BMW of Mtn. View Although I have moved to another city where there is another BMW dealership only a couple of miles from my new home I STILL make the effort to go to BMW of Mtn. View. My newest service advisor continues to provide great service by providing updates to me while my car is being serviced. Great Service On my 4th family BMW over the last 10 years because we don't want to go far from BMW of Mountain View. EXCELLENT SERVICE CENTER! Eric and technicians at BMWMV took care of my car in the best possible way: from quickly identifying a problem, to taking time to explain all the repair and bill details, follow up calls, and fixing the car. Pleasure I saw a car that I liked in the lot and made a reasonable offer based on recent purchasing experiences of friends who purchased BMWs (not at this dealership). The dealership accepted on the spot, without the putting me through the process of meeting the sales manager to get a higher offer from me. At the start of the purchasing process, they also told me they have 3 cars (only) that fits my requirement, unlike another dealership who told me they have more car in "garages" and will show them to me on their computer. ... read more
