BMW Mountain View From start to finish, we received quality service. I dropped my car off on a Sunday, when service department was closed.... the sales staff walked my thoughtfully through the process of leaving the car. The service advisor, Brandon Casey, was timely in getting back to us, and serviced the car promptly, and the car now runs beautifully.
