Great service, nice sales person I haven't made up my mind to purchase a car when I first visit BMW of Mountain View. The sales person Kal was very patient and show me all the available package. He also help me bargain the price to make it under my budget. All other staff are also very nice. I will sure recommend this dealer to my friend.
Friendly people except finance lady My sales rep was Wing Tung. He was nice, knowledgeable, professional, and patient, The staff there was friendly and helpful as well. During our three visits including purchasing a car, we always felt cared. The only exception was a finance lady (perhaps Finance Manager); she was too rude even if our decision was disappointing and/or time consuming for her. Great New Car Buying Experience This review is on the sales department only. Our salesperson, Dian, was great from the first test drive to follow-up making sure we liked our new BMW and to see if we had any questions. No sales tricks or pressure. The 24 hour test drive really helped us verify the seat comfort and the car features. He made good suggestions on options and such, and we are very happy with our new X3.
