Good Experience Eric from BMW mountain view provided very good service while I shopped for a used BMW. He treated me very courteously and made sure I knew all the details of the car I was buying. He stayed up late and also went out of the way to iron out couple of issues during the buying experience. Also got a call and few followup emails from him after sale to check if I had any questions. If you do your research you could generally get good deals at this dealership.
Excellent service, great experience Steve Pan is my sales advisor, he is very patient, easy to communicate, and super helpful in helping me to decide what car I should order. Steve is also very good at calculations, he is always correct on my monthly payment after I emailed him many iterations of different car options. For people like me who is very often frustrated with sales person's poor math, Steve is your guy! I gave BMW Mountain View a 5 stars for Steve's excellent service.

Nice buy experience at BMW Mountain View In general, Eric Peng has been providing extremely great service to us and finally we bought a nice 2015 BMW 328i from them! Helpful and Attentive Service My sales person did a good job of listening to what I said about what I wanted during and after test drives and got back to me some weeks later when an appropriate pre-owned vehicle was available.
