Brought my BMW X3 for regular service and malfunctioned headlights. Worked with Brandon, who was very courteous. They took the time to diagnose the problem with the headlights, as well as provided some recommendations of future maintenance repairs. Very impressed with the complimentary car wash, which was spotless, since I drove the car across the County. Will definitely go back for future service.

The service department is amazing. Roy Tealer goes way beyond to offer superb customer service. It really makes a difference. The driving experience of a BMW goes on par with the customer service (once you try it, you never want to go back to any other brand).
