I have taken my Mini there a few times for an oil change, and to get additional cosmetic parts to personalize my Mini. Their customer service is excellent and that includes the two guys in their parts department. Together the service and parts team have provided the best customer service I have seen in years!!

I took my car in for service and when I received it back, the outside of the car was washed very nice, but the inside interior had marks from employees shoes along the bottom edges and hand marks all over the door. I didn’t take my car there that way.
