I was in search recently for a luxury vehicle I had gone to other dealerships looking for a decent deal every other dealership had stale customer service probably stereo typing. Upon visiting BMW of El Paso Jonathan shook my hand greeted with a smile and overall educated me on BMWs. My experience was so amazing the process was beyond fast and easy. The staff there are very pleasant and professional as well as courteous. Thank you Jonathan for all your hard work.
Had my car serviced here for an oil change with advisor Sergio, in the mean time they provided me with an Uber to any location I wanted and they also sent another uber to pick me up. When I came back, my car was ready with In the Time frame they promised, and it was washed and vacuumed car looked spotless.
Easy drop off and great shuttle service availability. Employees worked hard to accommodate my needs.
