We brought our two BMWs over from the mainland. I was concerned that the service might not be as good as we were used to. I was happy to find out that BMW of Hawaii has a first class service department. The staff is very professional, friendly, and competent. They were able to correctly diagnose and repair a problem with our 2005 X-5 that had been misdiagnosed on the mainland. They are doing a great job of keeping both of our cars on the road so we can enjoy all of this beautiful island.
