Brought in a vehicle for a safety recall on the airbags. Appointment was scheduled over a week out, received appointment reminders daily. Dropped off the vehicle, spoke with the service rep who advised they would need the vehicle overnight. This was not communicated prior, was told it would take a couple hours. Arranged for a ride then to be told it would be done in 4 hours. Dual i8's getting fed.
WORST EVER. MADE A PHONE ORDER TO CHANGE A LIGHTBULB AND GIVE DIAGNOSTIC FOR REPAIRS. WAS CHARGED $500 FOR NO LIGHTBULB CHANGE AND A DIAGNOSTIC WHICH TOOK 2 1/2 DAYS AND REQUIRED A HOTEL STAY FOR US. DIAGNOSTIC WAS WANTING TO BILL ME ANOTHER $3500 FOR REPAIRS. HAD IT DONE ELSEWHERE FOR $1600. THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVES, WILL NEVER GO BACK.
I had to give one star just so I can give a rating. When I leased the car in 2/2016 I was very satisfied. As soon as I drive it off the lot the service ended!! I am so disappointed with the lack of service and communication. Definitely not what I signed up for! 0 stars Will never purchase from again or recommend this dealer. This establishment is tarnishing the BMW brand.

I bought a BMW yesterday. People were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me 2 BMW hats and a calendar BUT!!!! Today i talked to one of my co-workers who also bought a BMW from the same dealership little while ago and he was given 2 BMW polo shirts. I got two hats but was not given a BMW polo shirt!!!! Feels left out. lol Can i get those BMW polo shirts for my wife and i... if we visit? we would be grateful. lol :) .... P.S.
