Great service everyone helped us buy a car, yes they sold us a car but the helped us all the through the process. I had been shopping for a car for a while and every time walked out of the upset because they always try to sell me something more expensive out of my price range and would not get me where I wanted to be. Our salesman and numbers guys where fantastic here no pressure good back and forth the numbers guy came out and talk to my wife and made it work for all of us that's a deal. A Perfecr Buying Experience I was going to purchase an X5 from Herb Chambers and had my old X5 in for service at South Shore BMW. My service advisor Kevin Cowden encouraged me to take another look at your X5inventory, and expressed that he would appreciate my giving South Shore BMW the business. In and out in about an hour I knew what I wanted to see and was able to est drive, have trade evaluated and make the deal in about an hour.
Great Team CK is my Service Advisor, he advised me appropriately, Fotios was very responsive and worked diligently to understand my constraints and desires, Chris helped us compare vehicles, and once Fotios closed the deal, the finance manager and genius I worked with made sure I got the coverage and information I needed - overal, great teamwork and customer service. Everyone was spot on!
