Tires and recalls performed We were forced to use South Shore BMW due to BMW Norwood being closed temporarily. Turned out to be a great experience. X1 needed tires which were in stock. Also all recall parts were in stock. Got back car clean and repaired perfectly. My point is both BMW Norwood and South Shore BMW as part of the the Prime motor group take pride in servicing BMW’s. They vacuumed the floor mats, not sure why they didn't vacuum the seats or clean the back floor mats. Very nice, friendly, capable staff.
