Personal service! Robert Carpenter, was very informative and made purchasing a car in MA living in CT totally enjoyable. Lisa Miles in accounting, answered all my question, was on top of every detail and has great personality. I was able to purchase my 2017 430i Xdrive Convertible in one week. She mailed me over night my packet to sign and returned the next day to her. Everything was finalized by Friday. Great service efficiency and timeliness were great but the dealership was overbooked and could not provide a loaner. this was inconvenient and found this disappointing.
