Best customer service staff, quick scheduling. I Scheduled service on a Sunday and got an appointment Next day. The loaner vehicles are great and always available and the service staff is very friendly.

Best Car Buying Experience Everyone was very informative throughout the process. They were extremely accommodating to us and our 2 dogs. They were very conscious of our time and efficient in completing the process. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

Professional and highest Customer Service Ed and the entire team were professional and provided the highest level of customer service. Answering all my questions, emailing documents and made the buying process smooth and easy. On arriving to the dealership the car was up front, clean and had a tech go over everything on the car with me. Professional is the best word and knew I made the right decision buying from South Shore BMW. The cherry on top was the all the paperwork was complete and closing took less then 10 minutes.

First visit No appointment necessary, quick in and out. Staff was friendly. Only needed to acquire an inspection sticker. Very basic visit.
