The only negative experience was the financing person. He kept saying he was the only person on staff and that he had lots of work to do. BMW called us and told us to come by at 3pm. The car was ready, but the finance guy was backed up. We waited over 2 hours for him and finally the sale person took over and helped process the finance information. BTW... read more
