Very nice facilitay staffed with friendly professional people and a great car. Made a return customer out of me. Very pleasant experience dealing with them. Once you buy a car and drive off the lot, you are not forgotten. I like the way they send you reminders or just to check that everything is going good with your purchase. I recently made my 2nd purchase from Roadshow BMW/MINI, dealing with the same sales consultant both times, Ashley Rook. She made the experience one of low stress and convenience. I would recommend this dealership and especially this sales consultant to anyone in the market for a new or clean used car.
We searched the internet and sound the Mini we liked. The site was very user friendly and led us to call. From the first person I talked to I was impressed with Roadshow. Our questions were answered in a timely manner by Ashley and her assistant which prompted us to travel 150+ to visit on-site. We were not disappointed! Our purchase was made and I was on the road home.....a very happy camper in less time than we had ever anricipated. Everyone we spoke to from the first call to Chris, in management was top notch!

I came in and looked at a car that I saw on the website. The car was listed at a great price and I was not the only one that had interest in that particular car. Long story short, another customer bought the car right before I came back to the dealership the next day to purchase. My salesman and his manager felt so bad that they gave me a really great deal on another car that turned out to be a year newer and a little higher model.
Michael Reynolds is absolutely fantastic!! Just got my second car from him and love it!! The staff at Roadshow is great to work with....very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. A great experience. Thanks everyone!
