Everyone at BMW was extremely friendly and helpful, & Carl made me feel very comfortable. Working in sales I understand the practices of a sales person. I felt as if Carl genuinely cared about getting me the best possible deal and not just selling me "a" car. Jan was very friendly as well. This was my first car that I have purchased and I didn't feel as if I was taken advantage of or anything of that nature. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a vehicle. Awesome Customer Service, Thank you!

Staff was friendly knowledgeable and made my car buying experience both quick and painless. Chip Elliott was helpful and not the typical car salesman which made the process much better than prior experiences with other car dealerships. I would highly recommend both Chip and Roadshow BMW.

I had such a nice experience at Roadshow! The salesman was attentive and thorough. He took a lot of time making sure we found the perfect car for me. The whole car buying experience was a pleasure. I was planning to shop around but this was as far as I got!

Our recent experience with Roadshow BMW is far from our first as this is the fifth car we have acquired through the dealership and our ninth BMW. Tom Adair was very patient with us as we had trouble choosing a model. After several weeks of deliberation, the decision was finally made. I recently leased my third BMW from Roadshow BMW. Michael Reynolds has helped me with the last two. I like working with Michael because he is personal, professional. and not your typical car salesman. He made the experience pleasurable and nonconfrentational. He also made sure all my devices were connected and that I understood exactly how everything worked. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at BMW. This particular dealership has excellent service, pleasant people. and follows up to make sure your happy:)

This is the third new 5 series BMW we have purchased from Michael during the previous 12 years. Michael's knowledge of BMW's is outstanding. His personality is very warm and engaging. He is eager to be sure the customer is well satisfied. It is truly a pleasant experience buying a BMW from Michael.
