i went looking at mini coopers one afternoon and got a quick test drive in. (it was rather late) the mini was nice to drive and 2 weeks later i went back to purchase one. Carl Smith made the process pretty easy and everyone at Roadshow BMW was nice. i am enjoying my mini cooper. i had a good experience so i give them a good rating.

Terry Davis was our saleman for the purchase of a 2014 BMW X3. Terry had sold us our first car when we came to Memphis in the 1980s. He was a very calm, professional and responsive. When I saw him at the BMW dealership, I was confident that we weould have a positive experience. At our first meeting, I told him we were also considering the Mercedes Benz CLK. We found the vehicle we wanted on line, and asked for more information, which Matt sent, which determined that the vehicle we bought had everything we wanted. When we arrived we were met by Ashley who took us on a test drive, and when we returned we determined a price and immediately was able to complete paperwork and Lee answered all questions regarding financing. I originally purchased a Mini from Terry Davis at Roadshow in 2011. I couldn't believe that the experience was so easy. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and expected your typical tiring process where you leave feeling as if you were raked over the coals and have a major headache when you leave.
