Customer Focused My wife and I had a very positive buying experience with this dealership. Our salesperson took the time to understand that we were interested in a previously owned and certified vehicle. He worked with us to find a suitable car and negotiated a fair price. He was also helpful in explaining warranty options and available after market products.

2019 530xi The purchase of the 530 was delayed several months because I wanted an Individual Color, (champagne quartz). Gregg Lewis monitored the situation, checked with production frequently, and kept me updated with text messages. After the car finally arrived at the dealership, Gregg communicated frequently. He coordinated the application of a plastic paint protection film and the final paperwork. The delivery went smoothly.
Great Service I live approximately 90 minutes away and was not trading in a vehicle. They sent a driver to pick me up to purchase my new x5 so that my wife would not have to make the drive to drop me off.
