Audi is by far the biggest ripoff car on the market.... Audi is by far the biggest ripoff car on the market. $2200 for a 40k checkup on a S6 which is replacing spark plugs. Joke. Don't buy or get your car serviced here. They will treat you like xxxx and bleed you dry because their cars are as reliable as a millennial showing up for work.
I have never posted a bad review for a business but this... I have never posted a bad review for a business but this is the worst I have ever encountered. I drove to this place 3 times to have a recall part fixed and each time they told me on the phone they can do it but forgot to order the part.
BMW x3 Will update my review after I receive the rest of the info for my vehicle. BMW is a great brand and their cars are second to none.
Service Dept Ripoff First off if you are African American BEWARE!! They provided service, but either poor job or new issues found that they didnt see previously. Wasted money and time due to having to take the car back several times.
Disappointed I thought for sure I would receive the exceptional repair work with this service dept. NO WAY! Found new issues that had nothing to do with current issue that led me to bring the car back in saying didnt have issue first time they saw the car and around and around and around! $3,000.00 Later I will NEVER recommend this BMW to ANYONE.
Never a good experience with service The last 3 times that I have visited the service department, they have been horrible. This last time I told them about a check engine light that keeps coming on. They read the history and found 28 times of fuel pump problems. The service manager said that said since the check engine light didnt remain on then they couldn't fix it. I guess that 28 instances of a problem isn't enough.
