Fabulous Buying Experience We went to the dealership last Saturday to look at a pre-owned BMW X3. We called first and spoke with Birgit. She said she would be waiting for us. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted. We could tell immediately that she was a professional and that Murray was a different kind of dealership. Birgit knew everything about the SUV and made the whole experience quite pleasant. We love our SUV and look forward to having it serviced at Murray. True to their word! After an unfortunate incident where Murray sold me a car that they were unable to get a title on in a timely manner, they gave me the full amount that I spent on the car back as credit toward another car - then gave me an excellent deal on the new car. "Above and beyond the call" with Birgit and Billy I was visiting Denver on business and needed some technical assistance on a non-BMW auto. A friend directed me to Billy (a service manager) who went above and beyond the call of duty, explaining that his shop couldn't help me with my problem, so he called ahead and arranged for me to visit an appropriate specialty shop that took great care of me.
