Friendly and enthusiastic sales force My wife and I walked in off the street and were immediately helped by Teddy Santoso. He was very helpful and was critical in helping us decide on the correct used Certified BMW for us. We had reviewed two cars online before arriving and he promptly showed us the two cars and we a very interactive discussion about the pros and cons of each. Thanks Murray Harold was our sales person. He rocked!!! First of all I won't mention other dealer starts with S, said that I coul not get 535XI for price that they said I could, per Murray Motors. I've bought 2 vehicles from Murray, and this time was the best.. Thanks Murray, and thanks Dealer S for sending me back to Murray...

Best Car Buying Experience I've Had Our salesperson Teddy Santoso went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and patient. He was open and honest and we never once felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. Every person we interacted with at the dealership was kind and helpful. When we got to the finance department, there were NO surprises, no pressure, and what we were quoted for a monthly payment before we went into finance was what we walked away with. Terrific car- Fabulous buying experience We looked at several different makes of automobiles, made appointments and visited several dealerships before deciding on a BMW and selecting Murray BMW. We saw showrooms that were very opulent with coffee bars and theatre-sized TVs and met plenty of uninformed, pretentious sales people. good service, polite employees, The service was great and the employees were very helpful and polite. I was able to get all the information that I needed to know about the vehicle without many problems. Though it did take a while, I was able to find the right car that I wanted.

Great Experience & Awesome Car! We absolutely love our new X1! The whole process of finding and purchasing our car went well, and Miguel did a great job working with us to find what we really wanted. This is our first BMW, and we can see why people love them!
