easy car buying experience I worked with Teddy Santoso at Murray BMW. I went in to look at a couple of models had been in the market for a used 3 series for a couple of months now. Best Car Buying Experience I've Had Our salesperson Teddy Santoso went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and patient. He was open and honest and we never once felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. Every person we interacted with at the dealership was kind and helpful. Terrific car- Fabulous buying experience We looked at several different makes of automobiles, made appointments and visited several dealerships before deciding on a BMW and selecting Murray BMW. We saw showrooms that were very opulent with coffee bars and theatre-sized TVs and met plenty of uninformed, pretentious sales people.
