Had excellent experience working with Patrick and Scott on the purchase of my new X3. Scott worked closely with me negotiating for an acceptable trade-in value, and Patrick was terrific in familiarizing me with much of the technology in my new 2016 X3. One of the great (and perhaps different) things about BMW Rochester is that given the size of the dealership and the demographic of the area, there were more choices than at smaller BMW dealerships. Since my first BMW purchase at West Herr over a year ago, and two cars later (deer love me), West Herr has been amazing. Steve in service is always polite and accommodating, and Todd in sales goes above and beyond. All. The. Time. Seriously. I may not always have a BMW, but I will forever be a client of West Herr.

Went in for a quick service this morning, had a great experience which reminded me to write the review, since it involved these same 3 guys, Doug, Nick and Justin are just amazing to work with. Had an issue where a part faulted while in their possession, when I arrived to pick up my car and drove off, I noticed the issue. I immediately turned around and went back.
