Took my wife's X3 in for backup camera activating while in drive, it was reprogrammed & corrected but that caused the outside mirrors to not collapse whe doors locked I brought it back a employee was there as I was telling the advisor the problem.He took control ask for my key and corrected the problem right there and even took the car thru the car wash, now That's service. I thanked him for knowing what the problem was. Happy Wife = Happy Life

I was in and out within an hour for a small repair on wheel just like promised.
The car went in for a recall, had no problems, Nick arranged for a Lyft driver to drive me home and pick me up upon completion
