My tire pressures had dropped due to cold weather. Jamie reminded me my oil change was due. We got bot corrected on this visit. Very efficient!
My service was to replace a tire and a standard 15,000 mile check up. What impressed me was the professionalism when the service consultant, Courtney, had to recover from a mistake in ordering a wrong tire size. Mistakes happen, but her quick acknowledgment and correcting of the error made the difference - she handled it beautifully. The car was also meticulously cleaned - a nice feature. Thanks Ferman.

Always courteous and on top of things. I like the coffee - cappuccino machine. Like that they did not try to upsell a lot of other services on my visit as that pretty much turns me against visiting you all for my car’s needs. I put things off for that very reason. I feel respected when they address my service needs and do not try to milk more money out of the visit. Your prices are already too high or I’d have you do more.
Stevon is fantastic, I would recommend him 100%, he is very thorough and explains everything in detail. The young service writer did a great job as well, keeping me updated through the day. I have a dealer 40 minutes from me, but it's worth it to me to drive over an hour to have these guys take care of my car.
I went to a couple other dealerships and even another BMW dealership. I was not getting any offers for what I wanted for my trade in and car I was looking for. My sales rep was great and helped me get the car I wanted, very happy!
