"Excellent Experience at Ferman BMW" I've had my F82 M4 at Ferman twice now, and both experiences have been very positive. The car was repaired correctly and quickly. "Fine service " Service at Ferman MINI continues to be an excellent experience. No improvements to suggest but one: allow customers to source their own parts for repairs. I’m not saying Ferman should install modifications, but if I want to bring in slotted & drilled brake rotors to replace worn OEM, I should be able to.
