"First visit and I was impressed!" Great customer service from the greeter and Jimmy Whaley. Very efficient process and a comfortable lounge, Work was completed when promised. Jimmy was outstanding and followed up to make sure everything was fine.

"Routine Oil Change " Ferman MINI Service was able to get my MINI taken care of in a timely manner that worked with my schedule. Friendly service, Darlene my Service Advisor was terrific. Great thing about my MINI is that as a new one it came with MINI Maintenance which takes care of my oil changes.
