Bought a used BMW X3 X DRIVE Found the car I wanted with the color interior I wanted. Max our sales person was so accommodating. He only texted and emailed. He even asked if he could call one time when he did some checking for me. I liked that. I didn’t feel pressure. Chris the sales manager was easy to talk to and we made the final deal.

Loving my new X7 BMW I usually go to Portland to buy my BMW's. But this time, I visited the new show room in Bend, OR. The sales rep. was straight forward, friendly and answered our questions easily. A week later without any pressure but much research we went back to the dealer, bought the car and it took about an hour to do so. Amazing! Service department is great as well, have used them in the past.
