5 star personal service! My new BMW i3 is a sly fox - quiet on the prowl and slippery fast on the pounce. A newcomer to electic cars, I was treated to a detailed analysis of the safety, unique construction and green economy of the i3 by Chris Root - he made the whole transaction pleasurable.
Very easy transaction. Loving my CPO X5d! Found my car in the CPO inventory at BMWUSA.com. Spoke to the dealer by phone, and given that I was 3hrs. away and didn't know when I could get to the dealer to see it in person, they agreed to take a deposit to hold it until I could get there. It was a bit of a long 2 weeks waiting for some minor repairs to be completed on my trade-in, but once finished, we packed up the family and headed to Bend to check out the car. Very accommodating, great customer service. I've been using this facility for over 3 years, since before it transitioned to Kendall Auto. Since the change it doesn't seem to have missed a beat. Facility is always clean and quiet. Ryan, with BMW service has always been more than accommodating when it comes to scheduling, goals, and service advisement. Best auto buying overall experience The salesman is the most knowledgeable and helpful that we have ever met. He answered all questions clearly, kept us informed as our car was being built, and gave a fantastic training session when we picked up our car.
BMW service in Bend, or Service is always completed on time. Staff are personable and efficient. The facility is very pleasant and comfortable.
X5 Service Ryan Metzler offers excellent customer service, very professional and conscientious.
Great service Everything was good. Just wish they had time to take care of the additional work that needed to be done that day or even the next. Would also be great to have BMWs as their loaners.
