I was very pleasantly surprised at the extremely friendly and accomodating atmosphere at BMW of Bloomfield. From the time I walked in, there was never a gap in my positive customer experience. After a bad experience at another dealership, my wife and I visited BMW of Bloomfield, looking to buy a 2014 X1. After letting Pawel know our previous experience, and the amount of research I'd done, he cut right to the chase. I only had to make 3 trips to the dealer to make my deal happen. One to get my pricing options, one to place the order, and one to pick up the car. This is how straight forward the process was at BMW of Bloomfield. Christian was excellent and added to the ease of the lease of my new 435 xDrive. Since this vehicle had to be ordered, Christian was vigilant in providing me with constant updates on the production status/location of the vehicle on it's journey from Germany.
