I recently took my car to Bmw of Bloomfield, NJ and had my 2003 BMW M3 serviced. They were taking care of a reprogramming recall on the M3. Jeffery Couch was the service advisor who help me out. Not only was he very informative, he is also a proud owner of a BMW M3 as well so we both had a lot to talk about. Jeff also helped me obtain a loaner car for the day until the recall was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone who owns a BMW.

This is my 3rd Certified pre-owned BMW and my 1st experience with BMW of Bloomfield and I must say this has been the best experience by far.
