"Nice Location " I went in for a maintenance call and was very surprised I wasn't sitting all day . I met with Gina and was so glad I came here. I originally got my lease from Freehold and it was literally a nightmare. Finding out i could of gotten the BMW color / package i wanted if i had them get it from another dealer i was highly upset. I could of picked it up here instead of driving all the way to Freehold and putting that mileage on my new lease. Needless to say I moved my dealer to the Bloomfield one. "Couldn't of asked for better" After being coined into driving 5 hours one way to only have a dealer try to scam me into a shady deal, I reached out to BMW of Bloomfield. "I have been to many dealers before specifically Planet..." I have been to many dealers before specifically Planet Honda wear I had the worst experience by far. BMW of Bloomfield blew them out the water the staff was excellent to work with. I’m so happy I purchased my car from them.

"Excellent customer service!" Ahron has gone a fabulous job in taking care of my car and addressing all my questions. I He even followed up during the day whilst my car was being checked up and serviced. I was pleased to find my car well serviced with just what it needed (and not looking at pushing for more) and nicely washed afterwards (which has not been the case previously).
