"Great experience with Bobby and the customer first approach!" This is my 3rd 5 series but first from BMW of Bloomfield. Went there because of a poor buying experience at my regular dealership. Made the deal I wanted and got my new 5 series! Customer focus was key and I will drive the extra distance for my maintenance going forward.
"Low drama experience. " I worked with Robert Kaufman and he was great to deal with. No pushy and cheesy sales tactics. I came to him with a price that I needed to be at and he was able to beat it. I really don’t think I could have found a better price anywhere else. I had to leave to check on another vehicle but he didn’t hound me. I came back to him the same day and closed the deal. "Excellent & Professional Sales" I'm a long time customer of BMW Bloomfield and the professionalism and excellent white glove treatment from Ron Humphrey was beyond amazing. The entire team has a great attention to detail and courtesy even though the sales floor was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon.
