I was stranded in NJ and with their help, able to get my car fixed quickly and back to MD safely. I jokingly told a rep that called and asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointment, that I hope to never come back. She took it literally and that was not my intent. If I ever have another issue in NJ, this would be the first place I come! Thank you to Gina and the staff for helping a stranded Marylander!

BMW of Bloomfield is superior operation and my service advisor Jin Yoon was outstanding. They checked my vehicle for any issues (There were none) and changed the oil in no time.
