Worst car buying experience; completely unprofessional. They had my husband basically do their job for them.
Service / had appointment it waited for hours.
Too expensive , did not comply with request to have part ready, took too long for service and took others in after and completed their service before mine.
Having lived in Decatur, GA and New Orleans, LA.......this dealer has a long way to go to meet the expected BMW service standards. We’ve been leasing two BMW’s for >15 years and have frequented service dealers in Lafayette, NOLA, Atlanta, Decatur, Baton Rouge and MS..........and this is by far the worst we’ve ever experienced

This dealership is absolutely Terrible, I brought my car to them Scott Whitenton seemed to be helpful at first and then the situation turned south quickly. My car was pulling to the right i could see that the right rear tire looked like it was not straight or something off about it, he refused to take the wheel and tire off the car to make sure there was not any damage, he insisted on changing the steering rack mind you my car is still under warranty, i had a feeling that was not the issue but i was patient and let him do th... read more
They go above and beyond to sell you a car. But after you buy it forget it. Called two people about an issue. Not one returned my calls. It’s all good I’ll bring it to BMW of Mobile.
