I had my 2018 440i GC in there for service to fix a hole in the intercooler radiator. First, your service team did NOT install the ROCK GUARDS and I personally discovered this when I arrived to pick my car up for a 12 hr drive back home to Raleigh, NC. Service advisor told me the tech didn't know what they were so didn't put them on. If they would not have tried to blame my credit union for their crap, I would not be posting this. EDIT--Now they need my wife's signature for the trade, just as I stated. Incompetence. It was all about financing through BMW., which I just refinanced for 3% less.

we just had a horrific accident in our big rig..the keys to our BMW burned up with everything we owned and our fur baby.. my hubby went into your dealership to order replacements...we just got a call less than 24 hours later and our keys are in....thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts..your customer service has gone above and beyond to ease our struggles...

I can't even begin to tell you how awful this dealership is with corruption and lies. They sold an X5 right out from under me then to make matters worse they blamed it on me. Do not deal with Mary Alice snake in the grass!!! Then the new GM tries to make it right by telling me he'll find a better car than the one I was going to buy but haven't heard a thing other than being pushed off!

Not impressed at all with the service department there. I called letting them know I had a flat and needed a loner and 2 new tires and they think a week and a half out apt is okay.. and the last time I visited they had my car for over a week until they gave me a loner (because I called management). Been living in the area for 2 years and each time I visit The service department, its always something.

Brought my son's car by today for some warranty work on his airbag. We had a 9:40 appt and we're told it would be about 2 hours. At 11:25 we called and were told that he was next--they hadn't even begun working on his car! Even though his car is used, this was warranty work, and he's just a college kid, I believe great customer service should be given to all from the $2000 job to the $20 part. Shitty service - I ended up buying a BMW From Sandy Sansing in Pensacola, because I refuse to give any money to these people. I have both an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance Scheduled a brake job, reserved a loaner BMW and when I come in for my appointment lo and behold they don't have any loaner vehicle because they overbooked and gave them all out I waste my afternoon to come out and have my vehicle looked at to book an appointment then waste my morning to come and drop it off and not actually get to drop it off.
