Mr. Tom Wilcox, at the BMW Ft Walton Beach FL dealership, changed a negative buying experience into a positive one for this first time BMW owner. Rudi made the process easy and gave me the exact deal I was looking for. Great dealership! Stevens (CA) and Dustin (GM) were more than accommodating on my purchase. I had a last minute issue with my trade that they took care of (and honestly went past my expectations) with the deal... I was also coming from 6 hours away (Tampa). They had everything printed and written up/ready to go when I got there. I was out within 45 minutes and back home with my new M3 CS. Thanks Guys!
