"I loved shopping for the car and I love the car!" After agreeing to the car it turned out I would have to wait for a 2019 to get the model and color. Lee called me while I was in Australia to let me know because it caused a delay in delivery time to make sure this was OK. The second very big thing Lee did was unbeknownst to me my registration had expired on the car I was trading in. BMW took care of this and I didn’t have to go to motor vehicles. "A pleasant and efficent experience " My experience working with Lee was indeed a pleasant and fairly smooth process. I was going from one lease to another but several months early. "Thank you!" This was quite a quick, painless and almost enjoyable experience. Sometimes the excitement of getting a new car can be overlooked because of the "logistical" process. However, I was able to enjoy getting a new car moment and handle all necessary paperwork.

"Time for a new car " My SUV had over 100k miles on it. It still ran well but I felt a newer car would be a better option for me. I looked on the website and found a car I was interested in. I called and was given an appointment the next day that fit in my schedule. I was in the area working and had a few minutes and called the dealership to see if I could come in and see the car even though it was 20 minutes before closing and the day before my appointment.
