"Good experience for first-time BMW purchase" Friendly Greeting on arrival; Quick connection to Sales associate; Effective use of time with sales associate; Very efficient process with Finance department. Car pickup at our scheduled time could have been a bit smoother but it was the end of the month and a very busy time for the dealership. Overall a great experience.

"Easy Peasy" We are on our 2nd vehicle that was purchased at BMW of Bridgeport. Our first vehicle was a 2014 640i xDrive and our second vehicle is a 2017 X1 xDrive 28i, two very different class of vehicles that both receive the same high level class of service from the service department.
