This is my second car purchased at Bridgeport BMW. The experience was seamless from Financing to Jason and his sales team. Customer service is outstanding as well in particular Bernard Coker. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used BMW. They always seem to have a great selection.

Smooth sailing at BMW of Bridgeport! Great team, great experience! The best part was the time Kurt dedicated to us despite a very busy Saturday ( Labor Day weekend).

I turned in my leased car and bought a new/demo car with 6,700 miles on it. The price was great, the experience at the showroom was wonderful. They were the most courteous people you could meet. The surprises started surfacing slowly: Surprise#1: Within a month, I received a bill from BMW financial services for damages on the old leased car, that was turned in. After 7 years with my 1st car I finally decided to go car shopping, The whole team at BMW of Bridgeport Jason, Kathrine Isaiah and Jackie, made my experience so pleasant and hassle-free. The experience was great and was surprisingly easy. Ken Thompson, Jessica Cocco and Glen Ramsteck changed my experience with BMW. Jessica worked with me for months getting me ready for a lease turn in. She then introduced me to Ken Thompson, who helped me get a new BMW, but most importantly, change my view of sale advisors. To finalize, Glen Ramsteck impressed with his knowledge of how BMW's work. A true Gentleman.
