The entire dealership did a great job, I've been buying and leasing my BMW's from them for years. I won't go anywhere else. All the staff are very attentive. My Client advisor for the past few yrs has been Jason Gellatly. He is always attentive and knows the inventory. He is able to match your needs and isn't at all pushy. I reccomend him and all the staff. Service staff, in particualr Bernard are friendly, personable and very professional.
I purchased my first BMW in January of 2005 from BMW of Bridgeport. Ten years of excellent service in the best vehicle (530i) I have ever owned. After 4 years in the certified pre-owned 525xi I bought from BMW of Bridgeport in 2010, I went back to trade this car in and I am pleased to relay that the level of service is at or above the extremely high standards I had previously experienced. My very knowledgeable salesman, Jason Gellatly, listened to my wants and needs, took excellent care of me and got me into a spotless, certified pre-owned 2011 328i at a great price I was thrilled with. The deal was smooth and hassle free and I am one very happy customer.
