Im a fan of Thomas my service rep. Thomas R was really helpful. I had a good experience with him. I was hesitant to come to this dealership based on online reviews but Thomas was helpful and thorough and as I come back he will be my go to Rep to deal with. My car was washed. Getting it from valet took a bit but they offered Lyft to drop and pick me up. I wasn't expecting that. Guessing that is standard but either way pretty helpful.
