Service review Great service representative ... all around - positive experience.
Repair Service Review Service Advisor and associates were very helpful and friendly. Valet really busy at time for vehicle pick-up, waited 15 minuutes to get vehicle took too long. Vehicle Tow Point cover missing from car, but Service Advisor arranged for it to be replced.
BMW service Friendly people, in and out, great service, great coffee. Sometimes they run out of rentals but ok
Attentive to Detail and Just Overall the BEST!! I took my MINI Cooper in for some service. My service advisor was Daniel Soto and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was put in a beautiful rental MINI comparable to my car which was plush and very clean. The work done to my car far exceeded my expectations, and the mechanic Jonathan Nodarse went above and beyond to make sure that all aspects of my car were working and safe. Buying my first electric Mini From the time I put the deposit on my car (because the electric Minis were not out yet), the sales manager Louella Monte communicated with me often by sending me pictures of the car and keeping me up to date on the arrival. She was always available and helpful, and invited me to meet a Mini USA representative so he could give me all the tips on the car. It was a very smooth experience overall.
Biggest inventory in south Florida I cant say that I have had a better and faster experience when Ive leased/purchased a vehicle. From start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership

Fabulous dealer who cares about their customers! After a recent move to Miami, my tires were damaged from all the construction sites Fast service without ah appointment and was given a high end, new (less than 100 miles) BMW SUV at no charge. Definitely treated right!!!
