Service due to recall Felipe was very professional and helpful. The only recommendation is to send a confirmation of scheduled appointments or a calendar invite. When I called the morning of the appointment before going to drop off the car for the 8am appointment, the receptionist told me he was not scheduled to arrive until 9:30 that morning. I asked her to confirm and then after placing me on hold she clarified that he was there already and ready for the appointment.
