Scott Qlsen makes all the difference Reason I have my car serviced at Braman Mini is because of service adviser Scott Oslen. I had almost given up going there until I dealt with him instead of the previous adviser. Scott goes the extra mile to make the experience a professional service expected for such a company. Scott is not there to occupy space. He treat customer as if the company was his.
