Superb Visit- excellent service! Had to bring my 2018 X5 for service and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Aaron Vazquez! Mr. Vazquez was personable, professional, and went the extra mile to make the visit, and service of my vehicle and the customer experience, outstanding! I didn't get the best deal. I have the feeling that I didn't get the best deal. After 4 hours of negotiation when I have to sign the lease paperwork's the advisor informed me that the VMW service insurance was not included in the quote so at the end my quote costed me $70 more.
The best! Above and beyond the expected! I asked if the arwea around the cup holders and a couple of marks on the seats could be cleaned. I was advised that they dont deal with the car interior, but the service agent cleaned it himself, and did a perfect job!!! I was so thankful!
BMW 3.35i Service Bismarck was great in helping to diagnose the issue related to the burning smell coming from my 3.35i and car is running much better now!
