Service Review My service advisor, Daniel, is superb. I know my car is in excellent care when he oversees the service.
Everything OK The only objection that I may note was that I have forgotten to request that my vipers be replaced.
Review Great service. I liked the fact they insisted in giving me a loan while my car was in service. Most agencies keep you waiting for hours and lie about the waiting time.
JCW F57 Braman Mini had the exact Mini we were looking for.. One challenge was that we were in Michigan and the car we wanted was in Miami. After a few emails with Paulo Santos, we had negotiated a fair price and secured our new Mini. After all paperwork and payments were complete with Jay Foster, my transport truck picked up the JCW and its now sitting in our garage! We love it and cant wait to put the top down, when it finally warms up! Thanks again to Paulo and Jay, we got the car we wanted!

recent service of my 2014 bmw m5 at braman bmw my service advisor, maico william, goes above and beyond each time my car goes in to service. he's knowledgeable, helpful, proactive and does many things to make mt life easier, that he is not required to do. the work seems to be done well, so far as i can tell. the only problems i've had are: 1) the length of each service (the car seems to be at braman for no less than a week and a half and one time, as long as 3 weeks). which brings me to number 2) even if it is just... read more
