Braman BMW Service Keeps My Car Happy! I travel a lot and I really drive my 2012 650i hard. Shes always been serviced by Braman BMW Service in Miami. Jorge, Gus and Kristopher keep her in great mechanical shape. I believe they truly care about my car as much as I do. My service advisor, Kristopher, is on top of his game. He keeps me informed on the progress of the repairs and she looks brand new every time I pick her up from their shop. He is helpful from the time I call to the time I leave with my shiny car in perfect condition! His professional and friendly manner is always a pleasure and he is so helpful in every way! EXCELLENT SERVICE Excellent service by my Concierge Kris Barres. Had some warranty work done and everything was done very well. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the employee who did my tire rotation/balance did not inflate my tires to the specs recommended by BMW. I brought it to the attention of Kris when I discovered this and he offered to immediately take care of it.
